Returns & Exchanges

At Basiclab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the fit isn't right, we've simplified our return process.

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must remain in their original packaging.

Process Info

Once your item is received and inspected at our lab, we will process your exchange or refund. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
